All machines are new and warranted by their respectful manufacturer. E-Vending as the distributor will point all warranties, defects, and repairs to the manufacturer. In correlation with all the manufacturers, E-Vending has a policy of no refunds or exchanges on any products purchased pursuant to this agreement, except as provided by the manufacturer's warranty. All sales are final unless return is authorized by the manufacturer, in which case a 25% restocking fee and cost of shipping would be charged. Canceling an order that has not shipped is subject to a 10% fee of the total product cost. Seller does not associate with locating companies, and does not provide any locating services. Seller makes no guarantee of earnings. E-Vending only sells vending machines and products, we do not offer business opportunity packages. We do all we can to ship orders out as fast as possible, if however it has been over 15 business days from payment clearing, please call us and if it hasn't already left the mfg you may cancel your order. E-Vending is not responsible for the installation of machines. Any disputes of this agreement shall lie solely in the courts of Lancaster County, NE, USA.
