1. Dock - I have a loading dock at my business for easy delivery
    $200.00. total for shipping

2.Outside/(known as curbside), liftgate fee required   because no dock available
    add $50.00 for liftgate.

3. Inside Delivery Service - truck will be sent with liftgate on all inside deliveries regardless if you have a loading dock or not.
    add $100.00 to standard fee of $200.00 to cover inside delivery.
